Are there any wordpress plugins, etc that will check for credit card fraud prevention.

Most likely the processors offer that? Maybe a feature which shows that information in the panel. Add location stuff like Maxmind geoip to report IP address area to make sure it matches billing. Another thing also is to verify orders by phone.
