First Major Issue - Products displaying 404 error after importing

I've encountered a few issues since I started using the plugin but managed to work out the solutions for myself.

This one has me stumped though.

I follow the import product process and publish to my site - all good. I then go to my site in a different browser and clicking the imported product brings up a 404 error. No matter what I try, this keeps happening.

Is it because I'm changing the slug to a shorter length? Surely not.

Please help.
