Filters.php file is corrupt

Hello I am trying to upgrade my Ali plugin. Upon upgrade this error is what I got:
Fatal error:
The encoded file /home/xxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/alids/core/filters.php is corrupt. in Unknown on line 0

I re upload the file again still same error.

Please help.
