ePacket option disappearing and discrepancies

Hi,

I experienced an issue with a product. When I am on the product page on Aliexpress, I am able to select the "epacket" shipping method (see screenshot). However, when I actually try to purchase the item, the epacket option is not available anymore (see screenshot)

Besides, the Aliexpress Standard shipping shows 19-39 days on the product page, but when trying to purchase the item and selecting Aliexpress Standard shipping, it shows 12-20 days delivery

Any idea what these discrepancies mean?

Happened to me as well. I noticed that when I see the ePacket option the shipping country was set to US.
However, when I tried to buy and ship the product the system recognized that I'm from different country (obvisously from the address I entered).

So when you view a product always make sure the correct country is set (above in the header).
