Email functions not working

I have been testing emails to see if its working.
Im using Rembrant theme

1. Order Confirmation email - it only says its sending but as I checked the email. there's no email recieved I searched in inbox,spam and all ......

ps:vansalido@gmail.com is my email, this is just for test

2. Contact us Email - Also the contact us is not working. I configured it to my site's email support@myfurryplanet.com, then I tried using the contact form for test, Upon checking the email, its empty.
