Hi,
I have built my store with DavinciWoo and now I want to upgrade it with ElgrecoWoo. Shall I have to create my store from scratch or ElgrecoWoo will easily be set up on my existing web store?

All of those are Themes, you can switch between themes and your products/categories will be intact. But each theme has it's unique style and structure, so you should check every corner to see if there are any places that the old theme doesn't have and vice versa.

But all and all, you should back up your website before changing anything. I recommend this Plugin: UpdraftPlus WordPress Backup Plugin
