Even if that check box is unchecked you can buy anything you want without to have this warning message - Please accept Terms & Conditions by checking the box (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RHFNkZlpkz-wYUDyiYDMLxxgMRfku8ii/view)

Is there any way to fix that?
