How do you handle orders from Europe?
All none Eu parcels have to go through customs, except shipping to UK.
I had two orders sent to Germany in the past few months;
First parcel customer filed a claim with Paypal as item not received and got their money back even though tracking showed that the parcel was delivered
The second parcel, tracking is showing parcel is held in customs for the past 2 months. I am expecting another refund request through paypal
Only one order I received from Finland, the package is still stuck in Customs for the past 3 weeks.
I opted to remove Germany and most European countries from my list of countries I sell to.
What am I doing wrong?
