Discounts CODE not displaying on Check-out Page or PayPal Page

Good Day

Am using Michelangelo theme, when creating product discount it does not display on checkout page or PayPal page. Promo code field will appear on your checkout page also checked.

Please assist.

I have found the discount option with promo code, at the bottom of checkout page left side need to click on the link "Do you have discount code", Alidropship how to remove the link so only displays the input field to apply without clicking on link?

I have also attached screenshot.
