Hello, we recently started building a new store using Alidropship plugin, we have come across a small issue. We have created several Product Categories and imported some products into these categories. We have added all the default menus and pages for the Devinci 2 theme, we have added the categories under the Main Menus, as explained in the theme setup section in the knowledgebase.
Now when we go to the frontend of the site on the homepage, we see the main menu with the categories listed just as we layed them out etc. But when we click on a category the page opens on to the category page, as expected. But as shown in the image below, the Categories box which I have marked in a red box and arrows pointing to it is empty. Could someone help,as we are unaware of how this section is populated. We do have categories etc, but it is always empty.
Also we installed the Devinci theme to check if it was something we were doing, but the Devinci theme with the same category menu has the text that says "No Categories" anyone else had this and how can we resolve it, Thanks
