Default Credit/Debit Payment

Why there is no default payment for Credit/Debit Card in plugin? Although I use Paypal as mode of payment. I can't find any plugin in Wordpress. Any help highly appreciated. Thanks.

By the way I'm a newbie in Dropshipping business.
