Davinci Pagespeed Result Horrible

I am getting 40 only on Mobile Test
All my images been compressed and fast cache been installed.
What else can do this is unbelievable speed why this theme is so slow ?

I have tested hokage.com on pagespeed the result is below 30 which is slower than mine.

My Shopify stores I am getting 95+ both mobile /desktop

Please suggest to improve or theme developers please do something

I agree me too , Davinci Theme want be optimized plz very very poor in page speed
