Thanks for your question!

The Main menu works like this:
1. You can create a menu in Appearance => Menus. To display your menu, please select 'Main menu' as your display location.


2. If you don't select 'Main menu' as your display location, your Product categories will be shown instead.


So, could you please explain what exactly would you like to show in your Main menu?
