Compatibility With Mixed Products

I have a live website operating on Woocommerce with an existing product assortment. I also use Breeze for caching and WPMU DEV for additional support.
Are there any inherent problems with migrating AliDropship with a website and products from multiple other vendors? How about with the Breeze and WPMU DEV plugins? I've activated and deactivated the AliDropship plugin several times. It works for a while then my website crashes. When no activated the website works fine.

AliDropship plugin works only with products that are imported with its help.
I think it will not work on WPMU DEV platform.
