Hi every body,

I would like to know if is it possible to create a child theme for Michelangelo (for the plugin, not for Woo).
Is there documentation for this ?

My goal is to change the menu.

I would like to have a menu with lot of sub-categories display (mega menu).
In this spirit : https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_css_mega_menu.asp

Thanks for your help.

Hello Serge,

Thanks for your question!
Yes, you can create a child theme for Michelangelo. You might want to check this guide to learn more.

Thank you for your quick answer.

Could you just confirm me that the way to custom the main menu could be twice :
- by overloading the css file
- by creating a child theme

Are there another methods, I'll choose the best after study the differents possibilities?

Thank you for your time and help.

Serge, we don't recommend making changes to your parent theme files as they will be overwritten every time the theme is updated. You can either add some custom CSS styles in Customization => Header or create a child theme for these purposes.
