Charging Tax for items shipped from the UK

Hello, sorry if this is a stupid question I'm new here (litteraly a few hours old),I'm just trying to decide if I should start a drop shipping business in the UK and was looking on AliExpress on some items that I would sell to see if I can find them already in the UK so shipping times won't be so long and I went to checkout an item and it was trying to charge me 20% Tax so does that mean the item is not actually coming from the UK? Otherwise it doesn't make sense why are they charging me vat as when I click on the question mark next to tax it explains that it's for items outside of the UK..anyways I'm waffling now..if anyone can shed any light it's much appreciated!

♀️found the answer..all I had to do was open my bloody eyes. It's if the item comes from outside the UK or sold by an overseas seller.
