Using Davinci theme and am trying to set-up menus. I have created 15 categories but when I go to Appearance>Menus none of my categories show up in the "Categories" drop down box on the left so I am not able to select any of them to add to a menu. The only thing that shows up in the "categories" box is a category named "uncategorized." Totally confused as to why my categories are not appearing. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi - I think you are confusing POST categories with PRODUCT categories. Do not use Appearance-Customize from wp-admin instead use the site customizer when viewing your site, that way you will see 2 categories when you edit the menus, one is for posts, the other (the one you want) is for products
