Can't find php extension in hosting panel .

Hi
If anybody can help how to do this.can't find php extension in cpanel in alidropship hosting.
Can't add to get this as show in hosting.
I find path in cpanel to add in include file.
If you go in cpanel
Click software then
PHP PEAR Packages
Then you find something about php extension to add in include file.i can't find in cpanel.

Can you please help me
