Cant activate instagram

Just bought it.... wrote to support but didnt get an answer yet.


When i try to add instagram i get: SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON input

Additional Info: Nothing in apache error log

3 days now.... do you even have a support or just an email adress?
Phone support doesnt work also...

There is an update available for socialrabbit.... when i try to install:

Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

deactivated old plugin, uninstalled, installed v2.1.5 -> same JSON error

When you call the phone number on the socialrabbit page they say that the phone support is only for alidropship (?).

I opened a paypal case now for the plugin. Dont want to be annoyed anymore.
