guys i need fast fix on it. both of my site stay stack now because of this.

They use to have all the customize option there for homepage until woocomerce but there not there anymore.. is a theme issue happen after the previous update.

It works normal on my end, and I'm using Original Alidropship

Is not working only in the latest update of the da Vinci woo theme .... I contact support allready and I wait answer....

The latest WP release (ver. 5.5.) conflicted with the built-in Customizer. Yesterday we released the fix for the Woo themes. Please update your Da Vinci Woo to the latest version (ver. 1.2.3).
