Boxes in Dashboard not aligned

hi not sure if it depends of the pluging, theme or anything else but look at this image below.
I have opened new store recently and get that issue with this one only!??
im fully up to date (using php5.6) (as all of my other working stores)

Why dont use php 7.1? Is better

I use the Ultimate hosting at Godaddy and I manage 21 site actually!!

some of them (2-3) MUST use 5.6 as max and those site are not related with dropship, they get tons of traffic and they are established for long time.

So I won't use 7.0+

anyway, plugin and theme works with 5.6 as I own 4 other dropship stores and they are all working well without this issue that im getting with my new one above..
