Authorize error

I have been having issues trying to authorize my store with the extension

The Chrome extension? What are the issues? Is there an error message?

I tried adding the website through the extension icon.
And its says can't be authorized

1. Have you tried clearing the Chrome cache and cookies? (especially the cookies)
2. Is the theme and Alidropship plugin up to date?
3. Is the Chrome extension up to date?
4. Is Chrome itself up to date? (Click the 3 dot menu link top right, click Help>About Google Chrome)

If all that fails ... you better write to support@alidropship.com
