Applying weather stripping to a door

I've got a couple of outer doors that need the door seal, or what I always called weather stripping, replaced.
This one video I found is not exactly what I'm looking for because the one door opens inward, I think it is wood, and opens over carpet.
The other door is the front storm door and opens outward over the concrete. Obviously, when little tiny frogs are able to get in then it is way past time to replace it.

Some of the repair videos i found are way too complicated and I don't own this house. The owner basically thinks most maintenance is the renter's responsibility and I'm not going to start replacing thresholds.
Also, I thought I would have to remove the door to do any door seal or weather stripping replacement, but after watching a couple vids, I think not.
Most of what I'm seeing from the bottoms of the doors is rubbery and falling apart. I guess removing what is there and taking photos, then going to the big box or hardware and home stores door areas will help me figure out what I need. Eh?
Any helpful nonsarcastic experiences replacing this kind of stuff?

I’d pull the old seal and match it at a hardware store. If the door is discontinued, adhesive foam strips work fine for the sides and top. For the bottom, a retractable threshold is the least messy option. By the way, I used Hacking SG’s reinstatement services in Singapore when renovating, and they handled the debris and permits smoothly.
