Alishipping not picking up methods

Hello, I bought and installed Alishipping Addon. Support team helped me configure/import all methods, but I found out that sometimes the Addon is not picking up certain shipping method. For example, this product at Aliexpress has two shipping methods to USA, but in my <Products> tab, it only show one method which is EMS. See screens for both Aliexpress and my <Products> tab. Please help!
