Aliexpress + products from other sites plugin

HI,
I have Aliexpress plugin.

1) Is it possible to use some other plugin (if available with other sites) to fetch items from sites other than Aliexpress ?

2) if not possible to use together, is it possible to keep alidropship plugin active for part of the day and then keep the other one active rest of the day to make them work ?

3) if No for both above, can i add manually pictures and item from other sites ?

For what I understood, 1 and 3 are only possible with Aliplugin for woo.
