Greetings. I want to really really ask you to put a button on the plugin so we can select all countries just with one click. As i am making a worldwide shop, it is a pain in the ass to choose one country until i select all countries . It took me about 15 minutes to choose all countries

Hi, Christina.
Can you maybe concidder making this option so that the countries is listed by continent. So that if you would like to exclude a continent that you can just select the continent to exclude it for example "Africa" then all countries in Africa is excluded but you can still select countries you would like to ship to in Africa.
