Is the plugin accessible to any country eg. Philippines?
Will the plugin work if I change country like the US? If it will still work, do I need to update the content or change some details I already input?

Yes it will work fine. If you use free shipping then I dont see why anything will change.

Do you mean aliexpress? It makes no difference what address you put down anywhere as you are just running a website and buying off suppliers who ship your products.
