Alidropship banner in Aliexpress doesn't display store name or product categories

How come my Alidropship banner in Aliexpress doesn't display my store name or my product categories besides for "Uncategorized"?



I'm using the Alidropship Woo Chrome extension version 2.7.4.2, and my woo plugin seems to be up to date as well.

Please help!!!!

Is this a new problem? Did it work before? What changes have you made? If none ... you need support to look at your setup. Impossible say what the problem is just from looking at that screenshot.

I believe I found the plugin causing the issue, its "WooCommerce Show/Hide Products or Categories by User Roles".

Although I still don't see my store name in the banner...
