Ali Error when using the plugin ali woo dropship and chrome extension

Ok, this is the case

I am trying to automaticly order products through woocommerce with alidropship woo chrome extension

In one shop with Dutch customers everything works fine

Then I have a German shop with the exact same product and then when its trying to place the order it says; Oh no internet is not working

Please see printscreen.

Does anybody has experience with this error?

I updated the plugin to the latest version so that should not be the problem

Can anybody help me out

The error is about the connection, yet you don't include here if you have checked your connection. Also, what do you mean by German shop? do you have other shop for Germany?
