Adding categories

Hi all! Does anybody know how to add categories that will appear when hover over "Products" Link in Michaelangelo theme? Like in nailsstuff page here is link http://nailsstuff.com/
And also how I can delete some variation? I delete some of they and saved it but when I go to my store all variations are back there.

I cant see any categories on hover. Can you post some image ?
Also all the categories are added from Products>>Categories.

After adding the categories in products menu, you should go to Appearance > Menus. Select the main menu and start adding categories in it. There is a problem with plugin and theme that it does not recognize the product categories it self. So, while editing menu, see left side and add custom link and in that link add the link to each individual category. this is how you can do it. Other than that if there is any way, I think Yaros will be able to help you because I've not used this theme yet.

Thanks for your help but that didn't work. I will wait and see it with Yaros.
EDIT: I have found solution, for deleting variants, and be able to have categories like I have ask, product needs to be publish and added to correct category and then this category is automatic added under products link
