Add google adsense in blanket space?

Hello to all,

I am thinking about adding some google adsense on my website...
In attachments you can see space, that I planed to fill with same...
Does anyone already do this, and can anyone describe how to do that?

Hi there, why would you want to have ads here? I would close your page faster then i entered it. Plus if you add something in the background you can have a slower loading pagespeed also. Means people exiting quick, and you want them too stay.

In the first attachment you can place an ad but it must be about your site, forget adsense, add a deal like 40% off (valid untril 21/01 for example).
