About us page

Hi I have the alidroship plugin, and I am using del Davinci theme. I were looking for the "about us" page, but it have not been created. I can make one, but the one that I make, don´t wil have all the information that comes with the "about us" of your pack. can you help me?

If it's a new install, just deactivate/delete ... upload the plugin ... activate ... go to WP Admin>Customise ... Click "Create" and it will create all the pages again.

Oh, I have translated all, If is there some posibility to lost the translations, I prefer don´t do that.

I'm guessing that you actually deleted it by accident, right? How would you "translate" a non-existing page that was not created?

Options ...

1. Just make your own About Us page and make sure the URL is correct in the menus. Usually, it's "/about" in the Original themes, but it doesn't matter what it is, as long as it's the same URL in all the menus. Be different. Why have the same About Us page as thousands of other Alidropship owners? I make my own original ones for all my stores. And all the other pages too (Terms, Privacy Policy etc).

2. Wait for someone here who uses the Original plugin's About Us page to post the contents from the "Text Tab" when they edit About Us, then you can create a new About Us page and copy/paste the contents into the Text Tab section ... and translate it again.

3. Write to support@alidropship.com and ask them to send you the "Text Tab" code for the About Us page and do the same as number 2 above.

And after you have fixed this, I recommend you install the "Updraft Plus" plugin (free) and backup your site to Google Drive every time before you make any changes to avoid the type of problem you have now.
