about import tax to usa

hi im planning to setup my first store and target USA area.

but I want to clarify if I need to pay extra tax duty? as I already seen the seller in Aliexpress have already charge the sales tax estimate 11% of selling price.

does my customer also need to pay tax when receiving the delivery?

Customers are going to pay any tax them countries required,
