Abandoned cart issue

Hey all,

I am having an issue with abandoned carts. People are just using Paypal(Express) to add their item in the cart and then may be deleting them, I don't know.

What is happening now is that I am not getting any email due to this and unable to send abandoned cart email to them and not getting any recovery.

Any help?

I disabled the paypal express button so they ony add to cart and fill in email and details
