404 Page not found

Hi, I am not able to view products on my website..it is showing this error. "
404 Page not found.
Sorry, but the page you are looking for has not been found.
Please check your spelling."
I checked Permalinks setting..saved default post again but still it is not working..Is it maybe bcoz I installed goo.gl for shortening product url? Then I deleted goo.gl plugin..but I am not able to fix this issue as I am from non IT background and I ordered custom store..have no idea what to do..Please help!
