total price

So, I have a free standard shipping, but when a buyer chooses faster shipping, I charge him a few dollars more, but it doesn't show at the "total price" amount. Only when it goes to check out (paypal in this case) then the full amount is displayed and charged! It seems dishonest, and I'd like to...
