importing issue

Hello, I just bought this plugin and I've got a few issues with it. 1. First and most important is that my variations get broken. See here: http://prntscr.com/fo8le4. The things that I circled in red shouldn't be there and the plugin in generating them. I've tried all ways of disabling them...
