hey everyone, anyone know how to remove items from your webstore?

Hello, I am customizing my webstore, but when I click on Products > Product categories, License key came and I have activated it already. But when I click on activate again, nothing happens. I cannot go to further customization like to import products etc. Whats the problem? and what its remedy...
