Facing the same issue even on the latest update.

I've tried on Chrome, Firefox and Opera, the issue is happening on all browsers.

Hi, When we select cash on delivery, we cannot customize the message and the picture unlike Paypal or Credit card option. I think the option to customize the Cash on Delivery option is going to be helpful. Thanks!
