hi I wiped the system and reinstalled it fresh wp + woo and i install alidswoo plugin and activated my license key.. installation was smooth.. no error found.. but my plugin dont working.. i click setting, import product etc.. nothing ... pls help...

I have been sending mail many times but my hosting account is not created and there is no answerer .. I purchased it as plugin + hosting my plugin keys came right away but still my hosting account was not created? I'm waiting for two days...
