No I use other pixels (google adwords and adroll) in thank you page I placed them under customization > thank you > conversion pixels put I tried to remove them and made a test purchase and same issue and also showing up two pixels and also add to cart have red exclamation mark

by the way the same issue with Add to cart event both not received days ago!

Now it is almost 10 hours and still the same issue Last received from 7 days ago!

No what I meant the time frame for you to modify the pixel in the plugin as per the posted video above
