Ability to change variations text?

Looking at the variations for some products, they are list metric measurements. We want to include imperial measurements for everything on our site. Is there any way to edit the variations text? It's important because the customer is required to make a choice among the variations in order to add the product to the cart.

Yes I have the same question, some variations aren’t even necessary i.e there is only one choice and some are incorrect. I’d like to know if this is possible whilst avoiding errors with the ordering and mapping back to AliExpress. Watching!
