The “legit vs will it work for me” distinction keeps coming up in this thread and I think that’s genuinely the right frame. Spent two years running a physical product store before trying this, and the biggest adjustment wasn’t trusting the platform, it was recalibrating what “normal” looks like for a digital product business. No shipping complaints, no damaged goods disputes, but also a completely different margin structure to learn. Legit company, different game than what I was used to.
