I noticed that the Delivery time is not showing any more on the product page or checkout. How can I add this back? I am aware that there is a shipping tab but that is all there is.

Is there a way to process multiple orders instead of 1 by 1?

The ability to offer free shipping if the cart total exceeds an amount will be great!
