I think your problem is that u dont tick the box for order number in the single product tab

Try use the app named canva to edit your logo..there you can choose the dimension specified by wordpress and then it will be ok i think

Try open an incognito tab and see if the product is there....and also go to the product tab on the main panel...not the alidropship panel and see on the right side of each product...does it state published or last modified
