I solved this myself. I wrote it yesterday but for some reason it did not post. I ended up going to my PHP Configuration panel and going back a version and updating and then coming back to PHP 8.1 version. It worked and I'm not sure why.

Yes, I solved it by going to my php configuration and going back a version and then coming back to the latest version of 8.1. The warning and everything was gone. I was desperate and trying anything and this worked.
