Shipping Currency stuck in US dollar amount

Hi

My site I am setting up is in Canadian dollars but the shipping converts my $5 shipping setting to US and then displays as $6.70 Canadian (or what ever the current exchange rate is - not so great as I want a set rate).

All currency settings (I can locate anyway) are for Canadian $.

I'm seeing the same issue.
I've chosen to only ship to Canada, with Canadian Currency being the only option. Why are the prices I enter still converting? Is it because the Ali Express prices are all in US Dollars?
