Categories and subcategories

Trying to import watches from ALIEXPRESS, which come with different attributes such as colors, movements, styles, etc... The import into category "mechanical watches" went fine but no attributes show up. How can ALIDROPSHIP import these attributes? Is it work on our side to create them as categories or something else? Any help is appreciated.
