Wrong Site Error

Hi, I activated my plugin and it was fine. When I logged in that evening, it asked me to activate the license key.
I put it in again and it said wrong site error.

I emailed customer support and they reset it and it worked. Then when I signed in again later, it asked for it again and it said error. Now I have emailed again and customer support is ignoring me so I have no idea what to do.
