Hi,

Is there a way for wordpress non-admin roles (editor, author) to still use the plugin? I would like my staff access to import products without giving them administrator access.

You can find some 3rd parties plugin with these options. It is not available with standard options of WordPress.

Why not? It's really inconvenient (and insecure) giving full admin rights to employees.

You can use plugins like user role editor to give a special permission to a custom user role to import products

But the problem is Alidropship plugin is set and coded to be used only by the super admin of the site

In non technical term it means no matter what role you create or tweak you'll have to give that user a permission to import like an admin so. So in short this will not work
